  2. A Mystery Shopper goes into establishments and poses as a regular customer. While there they may make a purchase, ask questions or make a return. After the visit the mystery shopper completes an evaluation report that summarizes their interaction during their visit. Mystery Shopping is used so companies can find out how their employees interact with customers.

Both MS Agent and Secret Shopper are both fraud people trust me I set up with them to investigate WalMarts and Western Union and when got my packet it was for Western Union and Money Gram which threw me a curve so called Advantage Federal Credit Union about the check they sent and came to find out check is no good.faxed check to them and took all paper work I got from these people to my local police station and turned it into them!
