all receive similar e-mails just different amounts of money. Do not send him money but play around with it. looking for him to send all of its cost and of course give him a fictitious name and address. :)

Its truly fake, those guys are / were on a peace keeping mission not on party holiday, & for a mere second if that's true how come someone get a hold of such a huge amount in a place like that & why would he need some body else's help to move this amount.
There is a lot going on like this now a days. i.e. Bank's Deputy Manager or people on very reputable post sends emails to any one to become a next of kin & get a share of Billions of Dollars. How & why they want us to get the share.
