Transvaginal Mesh Lawsuits
ReplyDeleteWomen who suffered serious injuries following implantation of pelvic mesh may be eligible to file a transvaginal mesh lawsuit seeking compensation or their medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering and other damages. The vaginal mesh lawyers at Bernstein Liebhard LLP are actively filing claims in four vaginal mesh litigations underway in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia, involving pelvic mesh devices manufactured by American Medical Systems, Inc., Boston Scientific Corp., C.R. Bard, Inc. and Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon, Inc. subsidiary. Bernstein Liebhard LLP partner, Jeffrey Grand, is serving on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees in all of these federal litigations. The Firm is also involved in two consolidated proceedings underway in New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County that involve products manufactured by Ethicon and C.R. Bard. Mr. Grand is serving as Co-Liaison Counsel in both of these litigations.
